About the role
The Director, People Business Partner will provide strategic leadership to the organization's people functions, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and engagement. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will partner closely with business leaders to drive initiatives that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Partner with business units to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions for employee development and career growth.
- Lead the performance management process to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HRIS and other departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving successful talent acquisition and development programs.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the U.S.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in managing large-scale HR operations.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
