For our client, we are seeking a Director, Patient Centered Outcomes Assessment to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will guide patient-centered outcomes research programs that inform evidence generation and decision-making for healthcare and life sciences stakeholders. The Director will lead multidisciplinary teams through study design, execution, and delivery while partnering closely with clients and internal experts to shape research strategy. The position also supports qualitative research with patients and healthcare professionals, helping translate findings into scientific publications, presentations, and client-facing deliverables. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities Lead patient-centered outcomes research programs from study design through final delivery Serve as project lead for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution Provide strategic oversight on study design, methodology, and evidence-generation plans Manage project risks, client expectations, and team performance Act as a scientific advisor to clients and internal stakeholders Design and lead qualitative research with patients and healthcare professionals Contribute to scientific publications, conference materials, and client presentations Qualifications Postgraduate master's degree plus 8 years of patient-centered research experience, or a PhD plus 5 years of related experience Proven experience leading complex patient-centered research projects and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated success managing client relationships and mentoring research staff Substantial experience developing evidence-generation strategies for pharmaceutical clients Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and supporting evidence needs for access stakeholders Benefits Generous paid time off policy and merit-based annual increases Access to health, dental, life, and disability insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings program with company contributions Paid parental leave and financial assistance for adoption and infertility treatments Support for education and professional development through financial reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
