About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing advanced audio solutions for Dolby’s flagship products. This role requires deep expertise in audio engineering and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cutting-edge audio technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
• Conduct research and development on emerging audio technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audio engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with audio signal processing and acoustics
• Knowledge of audio codecs and streaming protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
