Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of a global partner program that supports scalable business growth and stronger partner engagement. The role will focus on creating clear governance, repeatable operating models, and enablement experiences that help partners succeed across the lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency, accountability, and measurable impact across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive partner program framework
• Establish principles for partner segmentation and lifecycle management
• Create clear program requirements and governance for partners
• Develop repeatable frameworks for joint business planning and commitments
• Define partner-ready packages for key products and enablement
• Build role-based enablement journeys tailored to partner needs
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve enablement resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 9-11 years of experience in partner programs or related fields
• Experience in technology ecosystems with complex partner motions
• Proven track record in designing and scaling partner and enablement programs
• Strong program-management skills including prioritization and metrics management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
