Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global partner enablement strategy for various partner types
- Adapt internal sales frameworks for partner accessibility and use
- Create tailored learning paths and certification programs for partners
- Develop technical training for partner systems engineers related to the company products
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align partner content with GTM strategies
- Lead partner training sessions, boot camps, and virtual events to ensure readiness
- Establish metrics to assess partner enablement effectiveness against business goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales or partner enablement, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a director role
- Strong understanding of indirect channels, including resellers and managed service providers
- Proven experience in developing role-based seller enablement programs
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, enhancing adoption in partner organizations
- Significant background in cybersecurity or data protection with technical depth for enablement initiatives
- Demonstrated success in global partner training facilitation across diverse markets
- Experience with AI-driven enablement technologies for efficiency and scaling purposes
