Director, Opioid Treatment Program
Job Summary
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we are seeking an experienced and driven Director, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) to lead our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across multiple locations. This role involves leading multi-site operations, supervising clinic leadership, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with federal and state requirements, and expanding access to treatment in the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily operational oversight of OTP clinics to ensure smooth, compliant service delivery.
- Supervise Clinic Supervisors and support interdisciplinary teams including nurses, counselors, and administrative staff.
- Maintain adherence to SAMHSA, DEA, HIPAA, state, and payer regulations.
- Monitor documentation, dosing protocols, and treatment planning standards.
- Develop and manage program budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Quality, Compliance, Finance, and Pharmacy to support program success.
- Represent ESPH in regulatory, community, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce development.
- Travel regularly between clinic sites to maintain strong operational presence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare operations.
- Licensure Requirement: Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist–Associate (LCAS‑A).
- Knowledge of federal and state OTP regulations and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations, budgets, and teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid, unrestricted state appropriate driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational systems.
