Director, Operations Finance

About the role

As the Director of Operations Finance, you will lead the financial operations team, ensuring efficient financial processes and controls are in place. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and provide financial analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience with financial modeling software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance or a related field preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools for financial analysis and decision support.

Pay
