About the role

The Director, Ops AI Fluency, Adoption & Standards role drives enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Operations, embedding it into daily workflows in a consistent, scalable, and responsible way. Reporting to the Managing Director of Ops AI, you will shape workforce AI fluency, accelerate adoption of tools and best practices, and establish standards that ensure strong governance, risk management, and responsible use.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale programs that enable employees to confidently leverage AI tools such as Copilot and emerging technologies.
  • Build and activate communities of practice, AI champions, and capability networks that accelerate adoption and sustained behavior change.
  • Lead a forward-deployed model that embeds AI expertise within Operations teams, rapidly translating opportunities into scalable solutions, driving measurable value, and embedding AI into day-to-day workflows.
  • Shape how AI is adopted and governed across Operations, bringing together change leadership, workforce capability building, and cross-functional partnership to ensure consistent, responsible use while delivering meaningful outcomes and building high-performing teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in change leadership, workforce transformation, technology adoption, and/or capability development and deployment.
  • 1+ years of experience driving AI transformation initiatives in large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale adoption of new tools or platforms across enterprise environments.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance and risk management requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and scale training, enablement, and community-based learning programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across senior leaders and front-line teams.
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Data, Risk, and Business teams to drive integrated outcomes.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, effectively organizing highly performing, multi-discipline teams to meet changing business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
  • Proven track record of successful AI implementation and adoption in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience with AI tool selection and integration.
