About the role

This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to progress both efficiency and compliance, ensuring cross-functional coordination, operational readiness, schedule adherence, and the execution discipline required to support a rapidly scaling sterile injectable manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Serve as the central integrator across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Planning, Training, Technical Operations, and Maintenance to ensure activities required to execute manufacturing operations are proactively coordinated, visible, and completed on time.
  • Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to drive reliable execution and scalable operational performance across the organization.
  • Establish the operational management cadence, readiness governance, escalation processes, and performance visibility necessary to drive reliable execution and scalable operational performance across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement, organizational readiness, execution coordination, dependency management, and operational accountability across functions.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented with strong execution focus.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with AI tools to support hiring processes.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
