Job Summary
The Director of Worship Arts is a part-time, hourly position at Eastern Avenue Church. This individual will plan and lead the worship ministry, focusing on music and the visual and performing arts.
About the Role
This role requires a creative, knowledgeable, and musically gifted individual who can collaborate on music selection and develop the skills of musicians and artists of all ages and talents. Experience in using various arts in worship ministry and the ability to cross cultural boundaries are essential. The ideal candidate should embody a transformational love of Jesus Christ, share a passion for urban ministry through the arts, and have a leadership style that builds and nurtures a Christ-like community among diverse worshippers.
Responsibilities
