About the role

We are seeking a Director of Workforce Partnership (in Career Services) to foster employer partnerships and elevate overall student retention and graduation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term employer engagement strategies across healthcare, business, and local industry sectors.
• Oversee campus-wide student readiness initiatives, including resume building, interview preparation, and job fairs.
• Secure hands-on training, externship pathways, and direct hiring opportunities for students.
• Work closely with academic leaders and employer advisory boards to ensure graduate skill alignment.
• Maintain rigorous standards for verification audits and student outcome reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s in Higher Education, HR, or Counseling preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building employer engagement network pipelines.
• Passion for student success, graduate placement rates, and team mentorship.
• Enjoys getting out into the community, meeting employers, talking with students, and creating opportunities for graduates.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year; also listed as $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications).

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
