About the role

The Director of Warehouse Operations oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees to meet production goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular safety training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management software systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in warehousing and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

• $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
