We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Us (description of university) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about the university, not role. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings if appropriate. The posting includes "About Us" (university description) maybe we can treat as "About the role"? But that is not exactly about the role. However we could include an "About the role" section summarizing the job summary. The job summary is present: "Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Director of User Services, Librarian Associate Professor or Librarian Professor faculty position...". That could be under "About the role". Also we have "Location" info; but location is not a heading we are supposed to use unless we have Pay/Benefits/Schedule. We could fold location into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location could be considered minor metadata; we could include in a

after About the role. Responsibilities: we have a list. Use

  • . Requirements: we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements section? Or separate Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have Required Qualifications (terminal degree, 3+ years supervisory, 5+ years librarian). Preferred Qualifications (presentation skills, consortia experience, project management, customer service point, resource sharing). Also Required Documents to Attach (CV, Cover Letter, etc.) and Apply Before Date, Contact Information. Those are not to be included as headings unless they have real content; but we could fold them into a short

maybe under Requirements or Qualifications? However the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (combining required and preferred), Skills (maybe from preferred), Benefits/Pay/Schedule only if present. The posting does not mention Pay, Benefits, Schedule explicitly. It mentions "twelve-month contracted position" (schedule?), but not explicit pay or benefits. It mentions "full-time, non-tenure track" and "twelve-month contracted position". That could be considered schedule? It says schedule not specified; we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state "twelve-month contracted position" which is a schedule (full-time, 12 months). But is that considered schedule? Possibly yes. However the instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "twelve-month contracted position". That is a schedule detail. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Benefits. We also have "Location" info; we could fold into About the role or a separate short

. Probably better to include a short

after About the role. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove "Apply Before Date" maybe we can keep as part of a short

under About the role? It's metadata; we can fold into a short

. Contact information also could be folded. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Job Summary, location, schedule (twelve-month contracted), apply before date, contact info, required documents. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have a heading for the job title. We'll output something like:

    • This position will work on both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses.

    • Experience working in a consortia environment with a shared ILS

    • Experience working at an academic library customer service point
    • Experience with resource sharing services
We could also have a Skills section but we already included communication skills etc under Preferred Qualifications. The instruction allows Skills heading; but we can keep under Qualifications. We also need a Schedule section: we have "twelve-month contracted position". Could put under Schedule.

    Schedule

    Twelve-month contracted position (full-time).

We should not include Pay or Benefits. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Make sure to not include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check that we preserved all substantive info: About Us description (university description) we omitted? The "About Us" paragraph describing the university is substantive but maybe not required? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The About Us description is about the university, not the role. Should we keep it? It is substantive info about the employer. The instruction didn't say to drop employer description; we should keep it. Where to put? Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the university". But allowed headings are limited to those listed; we could embed it in About the role as a paragraph. That would preserve it. We included some of the university description? Not yet. We need to include the "About Us" paragraph: "For more than 60 years, Kennesaw State University has been known for its entrepreneurial spirit and sense of community. A leader in innovative teaching and learning, Kennesaw State is located just north of Atlanta and combines a suburban setting on two metro-Atlanta campuses in Kennesaw and Marietta. As one of Georgia's largest universities, Kennesaw State offers undergraduate and graduate degrees to over 50,000 students. Our high-impact research and Division I athletics also draw students from throughout the region and across the globe. A member of the University System of Georgia, Kennesaw State is a Carnegie-designated doctoral research institution (R2) committed to becoming a world-class academic institution positioned to broaden its academic and research missions and expand its scope on a local, regional, and national level. Our university's vibrant culture, career opportunities, rich benefits, and values of respect, integrity, collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability make us an employer of choice. As part of the University System of Georgia, Kennesaw State exemplifies the power and promise of a student-centered, research-driven university. In addition, Kennesaw State supports the University of Georgia's core values of accountability, excellence, integrity, and respect. We are searching for talented people to join Kennesaw State University in our vision. For more information, visit the Kennesaw State University website." We need to preserve that. We can include it in About the role paragraph before the job summary. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer. Also we need to include "Location" info we already included. We also need to include "Department Information" about KSU Libraries mission. That's also substantive. Should we preserve? Yes. Could fold into About the role or a separate section but we don't have a heading for department. We could add a paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role will contain: university description, department information, job summary, location, schedule, apply date, contact, required documents. We must be careful not to create too thin sections; but we have only About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule. That's four sections. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: "Because our libraries are open 7 days a week and, in the evenings, the position will occasionally be required to work during these times to serve the needs of the students." We included as a responsibility bullet. Also "This position will work on both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses." included. Also "Review of applications will begin immediately. For full consideration, please apply by October 17, 2026." included. Also contact info: we included Ashley Dupuy, Shared Services Center, search chair, facultyjobs@kennesaw.edu. Also required documents: we included. Also "Incomplete applications will not be considered." we omitted? That's substantive; we should include
