Director of Total Rewards

About the role

The Director of Total Rewards at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA is responsible for overseeing Benefits Management and Total Rewards, Performance Management, workforce analytics, employee recognition, leave administration, compensation initiatives, and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Benefits and Total Rewards programs
• Support Performance Management, employee recognition, and workforce analytics
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, external partners, and the Human Resources team
• Partner directly with executive leadership to influence people strategy and enhance the employee experience
• Play a key role in the financial stewardship and long-term success of benefits programs
• Leverage technology, streamline processes, and use workforce data to drive meaningful organizational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Seven (7)+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management
• Five (5)+ years leading Benefits Management
• Experience supporting a self-funded health plan preferred
• Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable HRIS
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar professional certification preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations
