Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the division, including new market entry, service offerings, and customer acquisition
- Oversee all safety operations across multiple branches or regions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and profitability
- Manage and analyze the P&L for the division, identifying areas for improvement, driving profitability, and ensuring financial targets are met
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and profitability
- Auxiliary with logistical management as needed
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
- Monitor metrics including, but not limited to: equipment utilization; underperforming assets; warranty recovery; billed mechanical hours; aged receivables and customer satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape
- Assist with vendor management and vendor onboarding processes as needed
- Identify areas of conflict and improvement and determine and implement the appropriate solution for the situation
- Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for your team members
Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong ability to communicate with colleagues across departments, with direct reports or with executive leadership
- Natural leadership skills and desire to take ownership of work
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and wearing lots of hats at work
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
