Position Overview
Hunter Crown is seeking a Head of Technical Solutions for an innovative organization serving the water and environmental infrastructure market. This senior role combines wastewater engineering expertise, utility engagement, and technical leadership.
Professional Responsibility and Scope
- Serve as a senior technical authority for utility and engineering partners.
- Lead technical scoping, site evaluations, process assessments, proposal support, and design discussions.
- Help build repeatable technical solutions practices and mentor future team members.
Location and Lifestyle Context
The role is primarily associated with the Northeast, with flexibility possible for an exceptional candidate. Travel to customer and project sites is expected approximately 20 to 50 percent of the time.

Compensation
- Base salary is approximately $135,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and scope.

Experience and Qualification Summary

- Strong wastewater treatment knowledge, process design experience, technical writing ability, and credibility with utility and engineering stakeholders are essential.
- Process modeling experience and PE licensure are beneficial.
