About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for application support and complex troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve incidents affecting application performance and system integrations
- Ensure readiness for launches and lead stabilization efforts post-launch
- Lead incident management, including root cause analysis and post-mortems
- Drive corrective actions to reduce incident volume and recovery time
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability
- Optimize deployments and operational stability adhering to security and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in platform or software engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Significant experience in leading technical operations for eCommerce or customer-facing applications
- Strong background in troubleshooting and incident response for distributed systems
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure) for operational issue resolution
- Proficient in Java and JavaScript frameworks, complex databases, and monitoring tools
- Skilled in stakeholder management with a systems-thinking approach

Pay
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
