We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why Join Penn-Mar?" which is like About the role? Could treat as About the role. Also "What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. "What We’re Looking For" -> Requirements/Qualifications. Also "Preferred Qualifications" maybe part of Qualifications. Also salary and schedule: Salary given: $110,000 to $130,000 / Yearly. Also "Four-day Week" indicates schedule: four-day work week. Benefits: listed under "We Offer". So we need sections: About the role (Why Join Penn-Mar?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Must not include empty sections. Must not repeat job title. Must not include metadata like Job ID. Must remove boilerplate: EEO line, "Apply Back to the Job Board". Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. About the role: "Why Join Penn-Mar?" paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs: first paragraph: "At Penn-Mar, technology is more than systems and support; it is a way to strengthen connection, improve decision-making, and expand opportunities for the people we support. This is an opportunity to lead organization-wide change, strengthen how Penn-Mar uses technology and information, and help build a more digitally capable, data-informed, and person-centered organization." That's prose. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities". The content includes multiple paragraphs each starting with a bold heading? Actually they are sentences with bold headings: Drive Technology Adoption & Change, Lead Data Governance, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Advance Technology Programs & Transformation. Under each there are sub-bullets. We need to capture all duties. Could flatten into a single

      with
    • items each being a duty sentence. But we need to preserve detail. Could keep sub-bullets as separate
    • items. Might be okay. Requirements: "What We’re Looking For" includes bullet list of qualifications. Also "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements section with both required and preferred? But spec says use section only when posting has real specific content. We could have Requirements (mandatory) and maybe Qualifications (preferred) separate? But they said headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred, Skills maybe not needed. But we have skills listed in mandatory: "Strong coaching, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills". That's skills. Could put under Skills section. However we could also put under Requirements. But to follow spec, we can create sections: Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (maybe). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Mandatory: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; equivalent education, certifications, and experience will be considered - 8+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology adoption, organizational change, enterprise applications, data and analytics, enabling technology, or digital transformation - Experience coaching managers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and aligning multiple programs around shared organizational goals - Experience leading technology adoption, communication, training, workforce enablement, data governance, reporting, analytics, or enterprise data initiatives - Strong coaching, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills - Ability to explain technology, data, privacy, and security expectations in practical terms for technical and nontechnical audiences Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in a related field - Experience in human services, healthcare, education, or the nonprofit sector - Experience supporting a distributed, hybrid, mobile, or BYOD workforce - Experience supporting person-centered technology, assistive or enabling technology, digital inclusion, or technology-enabled services - Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH, privacy and security requirements, Microsoft 265, cloud platforms, Power BI or comparable analytics platforms, enterprise applications, and project portfolio tools - Commitment to person-centered services, inclusion, digital access, collaboration, and Penn-Mar’s Mission, Vision, and Values Skills: maybe the strong coaching etc could be under Skills. But we already have that in mandatory. Could create Skills section for that bullet. But we need to avoid duplication. If we put that skill bullet under Skills, we should remove from Requirements. However the spec says preserve ALL substantive information; we can move it. It's okay. Thus: Requirements: education, experience (8+ years, coaching managers, leading cross-functional, experience leading technology adoption etc). Could combine. Qualifications: preferred qualifications list. Skills: strong coaching, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills; ability to explain technology, data, privacy, and security expectations in practical terms for technical and nontechnical audiences. Benefits: list from "We Offer": Starting annual salary (but that's Pay), Full benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, 403(b) retirement savings plan, 17 days of PTO your first year + 12 paid holidays. Pay: Starting annual salary of $110,000-130,000, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge. Schedule: Four-day Week. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      About the role

At Penn-Mar, technology is more than systems and support; it is a way to strengthen connection, improve decision-making, and expand opportunities for the people we support. This is an opportunity to lead organization-wide change, strengthen how Penn-Mar uses technology and information, and help build a more digitally capable, data-informed, and person-centered organization.

      Responsibilities

      • Drive Technology Adoption & Change – Lead adoption and change efforts so tools and practices become part of everyday work; partner with HR, Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications, supervisors, and operational leaders to build digital and data skills and reinforce responsible use; develop practical communication, training, and feedback approaches for team members with varying levels of technology and data proficiency; measure adoption and user experience, identify barriers, and adjust approaches, so technology investments produce sustained organizational value.
      • Lead Data Governance, Analytics & Business Intelligence – Coordinate data from Penn-Mar’s business applications into a governed business intelligence platform; lead data governance operations, including ownership, stewardship, definitions, data quality, official sources, reporting standards, access, and issue follow-through; ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, secure, understandable, and used in leadership and departmental routines; work with data owners and subject matter experts to define questions, requirements, KPIs, validation, refresh schedules, and success measures; build data literacy and reduce conflicting or manual reports.
      • Advance Technology Programs & Transformation – Guide and coach managers responsible for enterprise applications and enabling technology while preserving their authority over daily delivery; connect program priorities to Penn-Mar’s strategy and mission; identify dependencies, barriers, decisions, and resource needs; coordinate technology adoption, data and analytics, applications, enabling technology, automation, and other digital transformation initiatives; support the advancement of person-centered enabling technology that promotes independence, choice, safety, connection, and quality of life for the people Penn-Mar supports; manage assigned initiatives, vendors, budgets, resources, risks, timelines, dependencies, and outcome reporting.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; equivalent education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
      • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology adoption, organizational change, enterprise applications, data and analytics, enabling technology, or digital transformation.
      • Experience coaching managers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and aligning multiple programs around shared organizational goals.
      • Experience leading technology adoption, communication, training, workforce enablement, data governance, reporting, analytics, or enterprise data initiatives.

      Qualifications

      • Master’s degree in a related field.
      • Experience in human services, healthcare, education, or the nonprofit sector.
      • Experience supporting a distributed, hybrid, mobile, or BYOD workforce.
      • Experience supporting person-centered technology, assistive or enabling technology, digital inclusion, or technology-enabled services.
      • Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH, privacy and security requirements, Microsoft 265, cloud platforms, Power BI or comparable analytics platforms, enterprise applications, and project portfolio tools.
      • Commitment to person-centered services, inclusion, digital access, collaboration, and Penn-Mar’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

      Skills

      • Strong coaching, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
      • Ability to explain technology, data, privacy, and security expectations in practical terms for technical and non‑technical audiences.

      • Full benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance.
      • 403(b) retirement savings plan.
      • 17 days of PTO your first year + 12 paid holidays.

      Pay

Starting annual salary of $110,000‑$130,000, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.

      Schedule

      Four‑day work week.

Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't include "We Offer Starting annual salary of $110,000-130,000, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge" separate; we have Pay section. Benefits section includes the benefits list but we omitted the salary line there. Good. We removed boilerplate: EEO line, "Apply Back to the Job Board". Also removed "Why Join Penn-Mar?" heading? We used About the role heading with content from that section. Good. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Why Join Penn-Mar?" also had first sentence about technology being more than systems... we included. Also the second sentence about opportunity to lead organization-wide change... included. Good. Responsibilities: we captured three major headings with subpoints combined into each li. Ensure we didn't lose any detail: Let's verify each bullet from original: Drive Technology Adoption & Change: - Lead adoption and change efforts so tools and practices become part of everyday work - Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications, supervisors, and operational leaders to build digital and data skills and reinforce responsible use - Develop practical communication, training, and feedback approaches for team members with varying levels of technology and data proficiency - Measure adoption and user experience, identify barriers, and adjust approaches, so technology investments produce sustained organizational value. Our li includes all that as a sentence separated by semicolons. Good. Lead Data Governance, Analytics & Business Intelligence: - Coordinate data from Penn-Mar’s business applications into a governed business intelligence platform - Lead data governance operations, including ownership, stewardship, definitions, data quality, official sources, reporting standards, access, and issue follow-through - Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, secure, understandable, and used in leadership and departmental routines - Work with data owners and subject matter experts to define questions, requirements, KPIs, validation, refresh schedules
