About the role
The Director of Tax and Estate Planning is responsible for overseeing all tax and estate planning initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting for all company entities
- Develop and implement estate planning strategies for senior leadership
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tax and estate planning
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of state and federal tax laws
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
Remote work arrangements are possible
