About the role

The Director of Talent & People Operations will lead all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws, and fostering a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Foster a positive company culture through engagement initiatives and employee events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment campaigns
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
