Director of Talent Acquisition

Duties

• Extend offers of employment
• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of professionals
• Coach and develop Human Resources Specialists
• Identify annual contract staff requirements
• Present recruiting metrics and build culture of performance
• Encourage creative sourcing and help in the creation of a pipeline of Operations positions
• Train Hiring Managers to utilize iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
• Source diverse candidates by utilizing innovative sourcing techniques
• Support event recruiting at schools, fairs, and conferences
• Utilize formal process tools to improve policies, procedures, work flow, and project planning methodologies related to Talent Acquisition and development
• Create and extend new hire offer letters
• Process new hire pre-employment screening
• Follow up consistently with new hires and Hiring Managers on new hire onboarding process/status
• Manage the monthly Visa Report

Qualifications

• 5 years professional experience in Talent Acquisition Management
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (a plus)
