Director of Supply Chain
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Director of Supply Chain, you’ll lead supply chain operations across a multi-site precast concrete manufacturing network spanning multiple states. You’ll drive enterprise-wide improvements in purchasing, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and ERP-enabled processes—partnering with operations leadership to improve service, efficiency, inventory performance, cost control, production reliability, and scalability.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping supply chain strategy while also improving the day-to-day operating systems that support manufacturing execution. You’ll help standardize how Jensen plans, buys, schedules, manages inventory, uses ERP data, and measures performance across plants and distribution locations.

- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, work order processes, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site supply chain transformation, process standardization, and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize action, and improve business performance.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and change leadership skills with the ability to influence plant leadership, functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on, results-driven leader who can manage complexity, prioritize competing initiatives, and execute effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
