Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Supplier Operations
- Manufacturing Operations
- Inventor Management
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience implementing S&OP and/or IBP processes.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in consumer products, sporting goods, apparel, accessories, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments.
- Experience supporting rapid-growth organizations.
- Experience managing international sourcing and supplier networks.
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
- APICS CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, or equivalent supply chain certifications.
- Experience working with private equity-backed or founder-led businesses.
