Director of Student and Young Alumni Engagement

Responsibilities

• Student Engagement Oversight and Management
• Manage and supervise staff to deliver a broad range of successful student volunteer programs.
• Young Alumni Engagement Oversight and Management
• Manage and supervise staff to deliver a broad range of successful young alumni programs and volunteer opportunities.
• Marketing and Communications
• Design and implement a marketing strategy that includes print, email, web, and other media.
• Develop and oversee a social media strategy to engage current undergraduates and recent graduates.

Requirements

• Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Outstanding communication skills, ability to think creatively, and experience working with volunteers.

Benefits

Pay

• $77,600.00 - $116,400.00
