Hours: Full-Time

About the role

As Revival’s Director of Strategy, you’re equal parts big-picture thinker, client advisor, team builder, and occasional fire‑putter‑outer. You’ll lead strategy and social across a wide range of clients and projects, helping turn big ambitions into smart, actionable plans—and making sure those plans actually make it into the world. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, social media specialists, and paid media specialists while collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, developers, UX/UI specialists, photographers, videographers, and the rest of the Revival crew. You’ll be a strategic voice for our clients, a champion for our team, and a key player in shaping where Revival goes next.

  • Hire and onboard great talent as the department grows.
  • Set clear expectations, hold people accountable, celebrate great work, and address challenges with honesty and grace.

Build What’s Next

  • Develop a short‑ and long‑term vision for Revival’s strategy and social department.
  • Establish department goals and KPIs that support Revival’s broader business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen our strategy offerings, processes, and capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing, technology, AI, media, and consumer behavior—and help us figure out which shiny new things are actually worth our time.
