Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align workforce strategy
  • Integrate workforce planning across organizational functions
  • Consult with business leaders to co-create workforce strategies
  • Build workforce planning capabilities through training and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Human Resources; experience may substitute for degree
  • 8+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or HR analytics, including leadership
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with high-performing teams
  • Experience in developing long-range workforce forecasts and strategic plans
  • Advanced critical thinking and communication skills
