Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing workforce planning team
- Design and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Leverage analytics and predictive modeling to identify workforce trends
- Build blended staffing models incorporating human and AI resources
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to align workforce strategy
- Integrate workforce planning across organizational functions
- Consult with business leaders to co-create workforce strategies
- Build workforce planning capabilities through training and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Human Resources; experience may substitute for degree
- 8+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or HR analytics, including leadership
- 3+ years in a leadership role with high-performing teams
- Experience in developing long-range workforce forecasts and strategic plans
- Advanced critical thinking and communication skills
