Director of Strategic Projects

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

About the role

You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development programs for future data center capacity
• Collaborate across teams on strategic planning to meet capacity targets
• Guide risk mitigation efforts in capacity development
• Ensure data center developers meet pipeline and capacity goals efficiently
• Represent the company in high-level meetings with stakeholders
• Recruit and mentor staff, promoting learning and development
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (25%+)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in industrial real estate, infrastructure, and data center development
• Proven large-scale project delivery and complex deal-making experience
• 8+ years managing global programs and teams
• Commercial leadership and negotiation in complex, multi-variable deals
• Track record in developing international developer programs and partnerships
• Strategic thinker with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
