About the role

The Director of Strategic Partnerships plays a crucial role in ensuring families feel recognized and invested in the Alpha community. They own the relationship with each family, foresee issues before they escalate, and maintain a visible presence during key times.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with each family at your campus
• Foresee issues before they escalate and address them discreetly
• Maintain visible presence during morning arrivals, afternoon pick-ups, evening gatherings, and select weekend programming
• Cultivate a campus culture with authentic substance
• Foster parent advocacy naturally
• Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach
• Create the frameworks and cadences necessary in a setting where protocols are still emerging

Requirements

• Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses OR willing to relocate within 60 days
• Likewise, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 5+ years in a relationship-focused role serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families
• Proven capacity to maintain relationships through challenging circumstances
• Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families
• Established connections within the local affluent community
• Private school or independent school background with success in family retention and community building
• Natural ability to design experiences fostering a sense of belonging
• Prior startup or early-stage exposure where you built infrastructure from scratch
