Director of Staff Development

Golden Sonora Care Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Staff Development to lead our employee education and training programs. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring staff competency, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development to support exceptional resident care. Position Summary The Director of Staff Development plans, coordinates, and oversees orientation, in-service education, competency validation, and continuing education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff. The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.
