Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate student academic, motivational and disciplinary activities.
- Administer federal grant program activities.
- Create systems that ensure the integrity of educational information and records.
- Program within budgetary constraints.
- Keep the building safe and secure.
- Advance the organization's reputation through participation in professional and foundation groups and committees.
- Follow and promote policies, procedures, and the Code of Character.
- Teacher evaluation and training.
- Coordination of faculty schedules (class schedules, daily assignments, weekend and meal duty).
- Coordinate coursework, class assignments, progress reviews, and transition plans.
- Schoolhouse proctoring, interventions and contracts.
- Monitoring report cards and transcripts.
- Cohort state standardized testing.
- Cookiness building inspections and report needed repairs.
- Fulfill parental, Board of Education, agency, and administrative requests.
