  • Executive Customer Sponsorship: Act as the primary executive technical advisor for tier-1 enterprise clients, leading architecture design reviews for multi-thousand GPU deployments.
  • Commercial & Product Alignment: Partner closely with Commercial leadership on high-stakes proposals, synthesizing field telemetry and customer requirements into direct feedback for Product Management.
  • Technical Thought Leadership: Represent IREN at major industry events, author whitepapers, and develop reference designs on high-density GPU deployment, liquid cooling, and green AI infrastructure.

Requirements

    • Proven track record of supporting multi-million dollar enterprise AI cloud commitments (e.g., Microsoft, tier-1 AI labs).
    • Deep understanding of distributed LLM training frameworks (Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed, Ray) and inference engines (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
    • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% company paid for employees, 75% for dependents), company-paid life and disability insurance, voluntary coverage options, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and wellness resources.
