Director of Software Engineering

The Role

Lead the design and development of complex software applications. Provide technical architecture, design, and support for the Alts platform. Drive data-driven decision making through analytics and AI. Navigate new technologies and cloud-based deployments. Establish and reinforce engineering standards, patterns, and guidelines. Mentor junior team members and contractors.

What You'll Need

• 15+ years of platform development experience, building complex applications with Java and cloud-based processes.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and mentoring software developers.
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Web Services (REST), and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong experience with API design and best practices using Swagger and OpenAPI.
• Good experience in event-driven integrations like Kafka.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and solid understanding of GIT.
