The Director of Software Engineering oversees the development and management of software projects within the organization. This includes strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and execution of software projects
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering
Proven track record of successful project management
Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
