• Provide direct services to clients, including assessments, interventions, and case management.

• Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust service plans as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships to expand service delivery.
• Train and supervise social service staff to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology.
