Director of Soccer Camps and Training Programs

Position Overview FC Tulsa is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Soccer Camps and Training Programs to lead and grow our youth programming at the FC Tulsa Training Center. This individual will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and financial success of all camps, clinics, leagues, and training initiatives. A key performance metric for this role is driving significant revenue growth while delivering an exceptional participant experience. The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader with a proven coaching background at the club level or higher, who is passionate about youth development and capable of operating in a fast-paced sports environment. The Director must be available to work all FC Tulsa first team home matches, as well as nights and weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation & Business Development Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for all training programs, camps, clinics, tournaments, and leagues with a clear focus on maximizing profitability Set and meet annual revenue targets for all youth programming; track KPIs and adjust tactics to optimize performance Lead efforts to identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities and new revenue streams Drive registration numbers through innovative outreach, strategic partnerships, and high-quality programming Program Leadership & Oversight Oversee all aspects of soccer program operations, including design, staffing, curriculum, scheduling, and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with families, members, and external partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention Regularly assess program effectiveness and implement enhancements to improve quality and competitiveness Recruit, train, and supervise coaches and staff to ensure excellence in instruction and customer experience Marketing & Outreach Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive visibility and engagement using email, social media, digital ads, and community activations Lead internal communications efforts to increase enrollments and ensure smooth program delivery Maintain up-to-date and user-friendly web content and registration systems Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to monitor leads and manage participant engagement Operational Excellence Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring all programs are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained at the highest standard and in coordination with the facility manager Uphold safety and quality standards across all youth training environments Club and Community Engagement Actively represent FC Tulsa in the community, building strong relationships with local youth organizations, soccer clubs, and schools Serve as a club ambassador at all FC Tulsa first team home games and related events Promote and protect the FC Tulsa brand and mission in all interactions Requirements & Qualifications Proven coaching experience at the club level or higher is preferred Demonstrated success in youth sports programming, with a strong focus on revenue generation and growth Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets and financial performance Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and all first team home matches Passion for soccer and youth development; alignment with FC Tulsa's mission and values Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), scheduling software (e.g., DaySmart), and digital marketing channels Additional Details Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance in accordance with Club policies Vacation policy as outlined in the Club’s employee handbook At-will employment per Oklahoma labor law Compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements Fc Tulsa Mission Uniting and Inspiring Green Country through the Highest Level of Professional Sports in Tulsa.
