Director of Slots

We are seeking a seasoned leader in casino slot operations to join our team. With a career focused on turning slot floors into revenue engines and understanding that the guest is always the point, you bring a unique perspective to the table.

About the role

• Full oversight of slot operations including daily performance, machine optimization, floor configuration, and game mix to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Pre-opening floor strategy including machine moves, denomination adjustments, game acquisitions, and new technology integration such as cashless systems, progressive jackpots, and digital enhancements
• Slot performance analytics and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Vendor relationships, product evaluation, and coordination of purchases, repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with regulatory standards
• All hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and development within the department

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in casino slot operations with at least five years in a senior leadership role
• Understanding of IGT ADVANTAGE, Bally and Light and Wonder systems, or their equivalents
• Experience building teams, managing budgets, and navigating regulatory environments without losing your edge or your standards

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to read drop and win reports and understand guest behavior
• Proven ability to manage and optimize slot operations for maximum revenue and guest satisfaction
• Experience with pre-opening strategies and new technology integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors and team members
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
