Director of Simulation and Clinical Lab Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, team building and problem-solving skills
• Strong administrative, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects, prioritize and multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
• Work hour flexibility.
• Proficiency in internet use, computer literacy, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Simulation experience.
• Experience using EMS -SimiQ software, KB Port software and related camera systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred
