Director of Scientific Solutions

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,100 – $241,400 annually

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee government programs including HPAC and SCIPUFF
• Support and guide project managers for successful program execution
• Coordinate with business operations for effective program management
• Identify and support business development opportunities
• Provide mentorship and leadership for team members' career growth

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Masters degree in engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience with HPAC and SCIPUFF programs
• 5+ years managing HPAC programs with Agile methodology
• Proven leadership with multi-functional teams including scientists and developers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
