We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Director of School to join our team and inspire educators, partner with families, and ensure every child receives an outstanding educational experience. Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of a vibrant school while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, licensing, and Apple Montessori Schools policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children thrive.
- Build strong relationships with families through exceptional communication and partnership.
- Oversee enrollment, tours, registration, waitlists, and student records.
- Partner with educational leadership to ensure curriculum excellence and high-quality classroom experiences.
- Monitor staffing, classroom ratios, attendance, and school operations.
- Manage budgets, supplies, facility needs, and operational excellence.
- Lead staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing coaching initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and other technology platforms to support school operations and enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required (Education or related field required).
- Previous Director in ECE experience required.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based technology.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Montessori Certification or willingness to obtain within first year of hire.

Pay
$55,000-75,000 annually
