This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and uses data creatively to drive decisions and revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy

  • Create and sustain deal momentum by setting clear next steps, decision criteria, and timelines

  • Penetrate new relationships in a complex ecosystem

  • Navigate large, matrixed retail organizations and identify net-new entry points

  • Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders across commercial, insights, data, and technology teams

  • Expand opportunity surface area by creating demand where no formal buying motion exists

  • Sell with data

  • Translate complex data and analytics into simple, compelling value stories

  • Use data creatively to reframe business problems, surface growth opportunities, and drive urgency

  • Partner cross-functionally to shape differentiated solutions and proposals

  • Drive complex deal closure

  • Lead multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level deals to close

  • Address common data-related obstacles (governance, overlap, proof of value) with confidence

  • Manage negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets with strong pipeline velocity

  • New senior relationships established that unlock incremental growth

  • Higher win rates on complex, data-driven deals

  • Recognition as a trusted advisor who drives clarity and action through data

Qualifications

  • Experience selling data, analytics, or measurement solutions in an enterprise, consultative environment

  • Proven ability to penetrate new relationships and close complex deals

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline

  • Executive-level communication, influence, and negotiation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with retail, CPG, or large enterprise ecosystems

  • Familiarity with analytics, insights, or measurement platforms
