Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, including guiding their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing training and support.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective residents and their families, offering tours, information, and support throughout the decision-making process.
- Create a personalized experience for potential residents, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure all marketing materials (digital, print, etc.) are aligned with the community’s elevated image.
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from the first contact to move-in day.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications, contracts, and move-ins.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), lead conversion, and other relevant data.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and celebrate successes.
- Promote and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional community image both online and offline.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a senior living or real estate setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A high attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business-related software.
- Previous experience in senior living or similar residential communities is a plus.
- Knowledge of leasing software and marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
