We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the job description includes overview. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We have content for: Overview (maybe "About the role") from first paragraph. Responsibilities list. Requirements? There's "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could treat as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide which sections to include. We have Pay: explicit range. Benefits: list of insurances. Schedule? Not explicit; maybe not include Schedule unless present. The posting mentions travel regularly, but not schedule like full-time etc. Could omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove EEO etc. Also remove Application Deadline? That's maybe not needed but could be considered metadata; but instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Application deadline maybe minor metadata; could drop or include in a short p. Probably drop as not essential. We need to output only HTML fragment. Structure:

About the role

  • Travel regularly to active field job sites to build relationships with field teams, conduct inspections, and support site safety initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational safety, environmental, and workers’ compensation goals.
Now we need sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical). Let's parse. Essential Skills list includes: - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field. - Ten years of related experience preferred in environmental health and safety, construction safety, or a similar field. - Extensive knowledge of company safety policies and OSHA standards. - Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies relevant to manufacturing and construction environments. - Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable workers’ compensation laws, procedures, and regulations. - Extensive knowledge of medical and technical terminology used in workers’ compensation cases. - Proficiency with technology and equipment used in environmental inspections. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS and workers’ compensation software, including ISNetworld. - Demonstrated experience in safety management, construction safety, site safety, and risk management. - Experience with claims management for workers’ compensation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including performance management and team development. - Ability to travel to active field job sites on a regular basis (e.g., approximately once a month or as needed). - Ability to work at heights and climb structures exceeding 65 feet while following all applicable safety requirements. - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and work at a sustained pace while producing quality work. Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related discipline is desirable. - Professional certifications preferred, such as EHS, OSHA, CESCO, ISO, and Train the Trainer. - Manufacturing and/or construction industry experience is preferred. - Experience delivering safety training programs, including OSHA safety training and construction safety topics. - Experience using EHS, OSHA safety, and risk management frameworks to reduce incidents and improve safety culture. - Ability to build strong relationships with field teams and office staff, contributing to a family-oriented, collaborative culture. - Comfort working in a rapidly growing organization and contributing to unique, differentiating safety and risk management initiatives. We could have sections: Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (certifications, etc.), Skills (knowledge, abilities). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements and Qualifications" but headings must be from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for certifications/preferred, Skills for abilities/knowledge. Let's do that. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, ten years experience, ability to travel, ability to work at heights, lift 50 lbs. Qualifications: Master’s degree desirable, professional certifications preferred, manufacturing/construction industry experience preferred, experience delivering safety training programs, experience using EHS/OSHA/risk management frameworks. Skills: Extensive knowledge of safety policies, OSHA, environmental regulations, workers’ comp laws, medical terminology, proficiency with inspection tech, MS Office, EHS software, ISNetworld, demonstrated experience in safety management, claims management, analytical/problem-solving, communication, organizational, supervisory/leadership, ability to build relationships, comfort in rapidly growing org. We need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's extract. Requirements (
): - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field. - Ten years of related experience preferred in environmental health and safety, construction safety, or a similar field. - Ability to travel to active field job sites on a regular basis (approximately once a month or as needed). - Ability to work at heights and climb structures exceeding 65 feet while following all applicable safety requirements. - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and work at a sustained pace while producing quality work. Qualifications (
): - Master’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related discipline is desirable. Skills (
): - Extensive knowledge of company safety policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. - Ability to build strong relationships with field teams and office staff, contributing to a family-oriented, collaborative culture. - Comfort working in a rapidly growing organization and contributing to unique, differentiating safety and risk management initiatives. Now Benefits: list of insurances: Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short-Term Disability Coverage. Also maybe mention "Workplace Type" but that's not benefit. We'll list those. Pay: range $110,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr. Schedule: Not present; we omit. We also might include Work Environment? Not in allowed headings; could fold into About the role? But we have About the role already. Could add a short paragraph about work environment inside About the role or separate? Not allowed heading; we could add a

after About the role but before Responsibilities? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should only use those headings. So we keep About the role as overview; we can incorporate work environment details into About the role paragraph. Let's enhance About the role paragraph to include work environment: "The role operates primarily in an office environment located outside of the fabrication shop, with frequent interaction with construction and manufacturing operations. The position requires regular travel to active field job sites, including exposure to varying weather conditions, construction environments, and elevated work areas. The work involves frequent sitting, squatting, talking, and hearing, as well as constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms. The role also requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and walking
