Director of Risk Adjustment Regulatory Audits

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Risk Adjustment Regulatory Audits to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of regulatory risk adjustment audit activities, with a focus on reducing financial exposure and strengthening audit readiness. The role will partner closely with analytics, operations, and compliance stakeholders to improve reporting, response planning, and process discipline. Success in this position will come from building efficient audit workflows, translating data into action, and guiding cross-functional teams through regulatory engagements.
