Director of Revenue & Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Lead budget creation and revenue forecasting for over $3B in annual Patient Revenue
• Oversee annual Medicare cost report filing and audits for $500M reimbursement
• Collaborate on regulatory structure analyses and strategic financial support for payor negotiations
• Manage monthly financial closure process related to liabilities and present analysis to Senior Management
• Direct and develop the reimbursement team to meet organizational goals and enhance performance
• Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to produce financial reports and analyses as needed
• Continuously review and optimize Revenue and Reimbursement operations for efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's preferred in business administration or equivalent
• 8 years of relevant healthcare industry experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role in a hospital setting
• 10 years of total relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in complex inpatient and outpatient cost reporting
• Experience with finances of high-end therapies like CAR-T and Bone Marrow/Stem Cell transplants

• $177,500 – $205,500 annually
