Responsibilities
- Lead budget creation and revenue forecasting for over $3B in annual Patient Revenue
- Oversee annual Medicare cost report filing and audits for $500M reimbursement
- Collaborate on regulatory structure analyses and strategic financial support for payor negotiations
- Manage monthly financial closure process related to liabilities and present analysis to Senior Management
- Direct and develop the reimbursement team to meet organizational goals and enhance performance
- Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to produce financial reports and analyses as needed
- Continuously review and optimize Revenue and Reimbursement operations for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's preferred in business administration or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant healthcare industry experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role in a hospital setting
- 10 years of total relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in complex inpatient and outpatient cost reporting
- Experience with finances of high-end therapies like CAR-T and Bone Marrow/Stem Cell transplants
