Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across hotels, resorts, clubs, and other hospitality assets.
- Optimize pricing, inventory controls, segmentation, distribution channels, and length-of-stay strategies to maximize RevPAR, total revenue, and profitability.
- Monitor market demand, competitive positioning, booking pace, and economic trends to proactively adjust pricing and inventory decisions.
- Lead weekly and monthly revenue strategy meetings, presenting performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Produce accurate forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue.
- Analyze historical performance, booking trends, and market data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide executive leadership with clear visibility into business performance and opportunities.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities through data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure commercial strategies are aligned.
- Collaborate on promotional offers, packages, and demand-generation initiatives while protecting rate integrity.
- Support budgeting and annual business planning with market intelligence and financial projections.
- Work alongside property leadership to ensure revenue decisions enhance—not compromise—the guest experience.
- Oversee rate loading, channel management, and inventory controls across all distribution platforms.
- Ensure optimal utilization of revenue management systems, PMS, CRS, and business intelligence tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, including leadership responsibilities within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Experience overseeing revenue strategy for multiple luxury properties or a portfolio environment.
- Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and ultra-luxury guest expectations.
- Background collaborating across hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and mixed-use hospitality assets.
- Experience supporting new openings, renovations, or repositioning initiatives.
- Proven success developing pricing and revenue strategies that drive measurable financial results.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand analysis, distribution strategy, and competitive market positioning.
- Experience with leading revenue management systems, property management systems, and business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly collaborative leadership style with a strategic mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
