About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Director of Revenue Growth, Business Network expert to lead the Revenue Office’s cross-functional execution processes. This leader will serve as the central point for revenue-driving initiatives across SAP Business Network, ensuring focus on the highest-impact growth opportunities. The Director of Revenue Growth, Business Network will partner closely with Revenue Intelligence and Performance, as well as Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive decision-making and accelerate business outcomes.

The Director, Revenue Growth, Business Network serves as the operating backbone of the SAP Business Network Revenue Office. This leader ensures that the organization focuses on the right opportunities, allocates resources effectively, and delivers measurable business outcomes that accelerate growth across the network.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Connection & Innovation: Serve as the connective tissue between the business, adoption teams, engagement teams, and performance coordination teams in a multi-functional, highly matrixed network organization. Coordinate execution across Revenue Organization, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead executive reviews and operating cadence meetings. Drive accountability and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Revenue Demand Governance: Establish and lead the Revenue team’s prioritization and governance processes. Develop a standardized framework for evaluating customer maturity, sales, and growth opportunities. Manage the portfolio of revenue initiatives across Procurement, Logistics, Asset Management, and Collaboration solutions. Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, revenue goals, and execution priorities.
  • Revenue Portfolio Management: Maintain a centralized view of strategic initiatives, dependencies, milestones, and business impact for the Revenue team. Facilitate quarterly and annual planning processes for revenue-generating programs. Identify revenue bottlenecks and churn risks and proactively escalate risks to executive leadership. Drive prioritization on sales motions based on revenue impact, customer value, resource requirements, and strategic importance.
  • Revenue Performance Growth: Partner with Revenue Intelligence and the SNO team to translate data into actionable growth priorities. Monitor progress against business cases and expected outcomes. Establish OKR frameworks to measure initiative performance and value realization. Partner with SNO to update OKRs on a weekly basis. Recommend adjustments to priorities based on market dynamics and business performance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in network strategy, product management, network business operations, program management, consulting, revenue operations, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to influence executives, senior stakeholders, and expert contributors without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and operating rhythms.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect investments to business outcomes.
  • Experience within network-based business models, SaaS, enterprise software, and marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, logistics, or B2B commerce ecosystems.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Network solutions and operating models.

Pay

The targeted annual combined compensation range for this position is $194,100–$411,600, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. The actual amount offered will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and location. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, with actual payout dependent on company and personal performance.

Schedule

This is a regular full-time position. Expected travel is 0–40%.
