Director of Revenue Accounting (100% Remote - USA)

Responsibilities

• Design and build an automated invoicing and revenue accounting cycle in NetSuite
• Liaise with the data warehouse team to ensure accurate data flows
• Own the full invoicing cycle across various partner arrangements
• Interpret and account for complex deal structures such as tiered revenue share
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 and draft supporting technical memos
• Maintain the AR subledger and oversee month-end close for partner revenue streams
• Serve as the primary Finance contact for external partners on various inquiries

Qualifications

• CPA designation with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced SQL skills for independent data management
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and experience drafting technical accounting memos
• Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts for accounting implications
• Strong data reconciliation skills across large datasets
• Experience managing collections and partner relationships
• Clear communication style with senior leadership and external partners
