Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets.
• Drive revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
• Interpret financial and operational data into operational plans.
• Manage time effectively and negotiate as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Work extended hours when business necessitates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Time management skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $98,000.00 per year.
