Role Responsibilities

• Vet the quality of pharmaceutical knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Write high-quality instruction specs and produce golden solutions to drug discovery problems.
• Design challenging pharmaceutical tasks and evaluation sets.
• Work with client researchers to keep standards consistent and translate development judgment into criteria.

Requirements

• PhD or PharmD in a pharmaceutically relevant discipline.
• Strong relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology research and development.
• Genuine specialization in at least one stage of the pharmaceutical pipeline.
• Clear progression to a senior level with real ownership of a discovery project or development program.
• Hands-on working use of large language models in professional work.
