Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the Sacramental program with Parish School
- Supervises other Faith Formation personnel
- Recruits and trains volunteers
- Evaluates program curricula and acts as parish resource person in methods and some areas of Theology
- Develops a budget for Faith Formation Program
- Performs related duties as assigned by Pastor
- Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures
- VIRTUS for church volunteers
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
- Able to maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent listener
- Must be bilingual – English/Spanish
- Master’s degree in Catholic Theology or Faith Formation experience
- Experience conducting online classes and activities for individuals and groups
- Experience with administrative functions (budgeting, scheduling, institutional relationships)
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and filing cabinets.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time role with evening and weekend hours.
- HOURS: 40 hours per week
- SALARY: $45,000-$52,000
